How does this compare to a traditional photo shoot?

A traditional restaurant photo shoot means booking a photographer for a session: a day rate, travel, food styling and editing, plus the time it takes to schedule a shoot day and wait for the turnaround. Costs vary widely by photographer and scope.

Mosso works differently. You send one phone photo of a dish you already plated, and we art-direct the backdrop and lighting and add cinematic motion to it digitally. There is no day rate, no shoot day and no scheduling, and most pieces come back the same business day. That is how a Menu Shoot lands at a fraction of the cost of a full session.

Is the food real?

Your real food, never faked. We start from your own photo and restyle the lighting, the backdrop and the motion. The dish itself, its ingredients, portion and plating, never changes. It is your food, styled like a film, not a generated image of someone else's plate. That is the difference that keeps your content honest and keeps customers trusting your menu.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No. The Menu Shoot is a one-time purchase, and Fresh Feed is month to month with no minimum term. Cancel anytime with two weeks' notice.

How fast do I get my content?

Most pieces are delivered the same business day, often within hours.

Do you only work in Toronto?

We work with bars, cafés and restaurants across Toronto and the GTA. Everything is done remotely from a photo, so your location is never a barrier.
