Mosso Terms of Service
Effective date: July 15, 2026 Last updated: July 15, 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Legion Trade Corp, operating as "Mosso Studio" ("Mosso", "we", "us", "our"), a company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- Website: https://mosso.ca
- Instagram: @mosso.studio
- Contact: hello@mosso.ca
By using Mosso — our website at mosso.ca, our content studio, or our social media and marketing services — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What the service is
Mosso is a done-for-you content, social media, and marketing studio for restaurants, cafés, and bars. Depending on what you sign up for, we:
- produce food and product photography, cinemagraphs, and short-form video from photos of your own real dishes;
- write captions and plan a monthly content calendar;
- publish and schedule that content to the social accounts you connect — for example Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads; and
- run marketing programmes and report on how your content performs.
You choose which of these you want. Some clients take only the studio (content delivered for you to post yourself); others hand us the whole feed.
3. Connecting your social accounts
If you ask us to post on your behalf, you connect your own social media accounts to Mosso through each platform's official, authorized connection process (its OAuth login). When you connect an account, you authorize Mosso to publish and schedule the content you have approved to that account.
You confirm that:
- the accounts you connect are yours, or you are authorized to manage them for their owner;
- you will comply with the terms of each platform you connect (including the TikTok Terms of Service, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads); and
- you may disconnect any account at any time, which immediately ends our ability to post to it.
We publish only through each platform's official API. We do not run bots, buy engagement, or automate likes, follows, or comments. We only post content you have reviewed and approved, on the cadence you agree to.
4. Your content and your rights
You keep all rights to the photos, videos, menus, and other materials you give us, and to the finished content we deliver to you. Mosso claims no ownership of your food, your brand, or your posts.
You grant us a limited licence to use, edit, style, and publish that content solely to provide the service — to create your content and, where you have asked, to post it to your connected accounts and keep a record that you approved it. You may ask us to stop and to delete your materials at any time.
Real food only. We restyle the lighting, backdrop, and motion of your own dishes. We do not invent or fabricate food, and we never present another business's dish as yours.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Mosso to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or sexual, that infringes anyone's intellectual property or likeness rights, or that violates the rules of any platform you connect. You must have the right to everything you send us. You must not use the service to impersonate others or to post on accounts you are not authorized to manage.
6. Pricing, payment, and cancellation
Prices are as shown on mosso.ca or as quoted to you in writing before anything is charged. Custom builds are priced to your room and confirmed before you commit; your first piece is free. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract — you can cancel any month with two weeks' notice. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes (HST).
We invoice or charge on the schedule agreed with you. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause the service until it is resolved.
7. Third-party platforms
Mosso works alongside third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads) that we do not control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a platform changing its rules, its API, or its availability, and such changes are not a breach of these Terms by us. If a platform suspends or limits an account, that is between you and the platform.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We take real care with your content and your accounts, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any post, campaign, or piece of content will achieve a particular result, reach, or sales outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Termination
Either of us may end the service at any time as described above. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if we suspect misuse, or where the law requires. On termination we stop posting to your accounts; you can disconnect them yourself at any time from the platform's settings, and you may ask us to delete the materials we hold for you.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protection rights that apply to you.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
